greyArea Starting in Subclub with Trashold events, flowing from uk dubstep roots to later techno and progressively more experimental broken genres, trying out new things was always the building block of sets from Stx. Organizing experimental events and getting bored by trends arriving late in Bratislava are some of favorite pastime activities for Boris Vitazek – artist by trade usually working on audiovisual installations. This white rhino is getting old, with 10 years of experience on the Bratislava underground scene performing with names like Andy Stott and Sote, Actress and many more – so check out one of his sets in Fuga before it’s too late. His latest moniker greyArea aims to explore narrative sides of jungle, gabber, breakcore and their more experimental narrative sides that blend slow with fast, a braindance with bodyfeel, and always aims to surprise and confuse rather than relax and dance.
